Organized by one of our Italian partner, the project "Love Yourself by Creating Reality" took place in  Sicily, Italy,  from September 20 to 27, 2021. The Generation of Tomorrow as well as participants from 4 other countries ( ages  between 18 and 25 years old) took part.

The objectives of the project:  

- Decrease among young people, addiction to social networks 

- Educate participants and the community on the negative impact of using social media, the impact on mental health, prevention and understanding.

- Discover ways to support yourself with psychological methods, both to prevent and deal with social media addiction.

- Provide knowledge and strategies on the use of social media, its effects, what to avoid and offer advice on triggers that may be found in other users, viewers and artists.
